Welcome to User Centred Research (UCR).  UCR is a collective of practitioners dedicated to conducting research to improve the experience, performance, interaction and safety of people - all people irrespective of age, gender or circumstance.

UCR will ensure that all relevant end users are considered within all projects undertaken.

UCR was established to conduct pragmatic investigation and generate fit for purpose solutions to be provided by those responsible for the design of activities, programmes, websites, equipment, services and facilities. Our research, therefore, concerns itself with all aspects of accessibility, usability and desirability.

UCR is committed to providing and disseminating robust, efficient and cost-effective research, consultancy and training available to all.
